Is it possible to buy Saint Honoré products online ?

SAINT HONORE presents a selection of products for online sale. SAINT HONORE guarantees shipment of your order within 48 hours (in France only), secure payment, a 2-year warranty, and free delivery on all purchases (in France and the EU). Customer service is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6 pm.

Can I see all Saint Honoré products online ?

How do I care for my Saint Honoré watch ?

The SAINT HONORE after-sales service ensures the supply of spare parts necessary for repair within a period of at least 5 years from the date of purchase.

Maintenance :

  • A complete servicing must be carried out every 2 years.
  • A leak check should be carried out every 12 months.
  • All servicing must be carried out by a qualified watchmaker (including battery replacement) at an authorized service center (list available by clicking here).
  • Regular cleaning of your watch and strap will prolong its life.

Functions :

  • The instruction manual details the various functions of your watch, so please refer to it for any necessary information.

Strap :

  • Most of our watches come with a folding clasp for added comfort and security.
  • Straps from previous collections are available on request from the customer service department in your country or directly from SAINT HONORE.
  • Additional links for metal straps can also be ordered.

How can I contact the After-Sales Service ?

How can I have a Saint Honoré item repaired ?

Please return the item to the store where it was originally purchased, and the retailer will take care of your request. If you are unable to return the item where it was purchased, please contact us.

What does the Saint Honoré Warranty Certificate contain ?

Each watch is delivered with a warranty certificate, an instruction manual, a Diamond Certificate for diamond-set watches, and a list of SAINT HONORE agents/distributors.

  • To be valid, your warranty must be completed at the point of sale with the following information: date of purchase, stamp, and signature of our official distributor.
  • Failure to comply with these conditions may invalidate the 2-year international warranty.

What does the Saint Honoré warranty cover ? 

Your SAINT HONORE watch has been manufactured with the utmost care in our workshops by experienced technicians using top-quality materials. Your watch has been rigorously tested and has left our workshop in perfect working order, with no manufacturing defects. We guarantee the functioning of your watch for 2 years. Your SAINT HONORE warranty does not cover :

  • Normal wear and tear, wear and tear of the watch, the glass, or leather, rubber, or textile strap.
  • Damage resulting from accidents or improper use (knocks, scratches, etc.) - Damage or repairs caused by an unauthorized service.
  • The battery.

How long is my Saint Honoré watch guaranteed ? 

SAINT HONORE watches are covered by a 2-year international warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, SAINT HONORE will replace or repair, free of charge, any part found to be defective. We accept no liability for misuse.
